Email [email protected]. One person reads it.

Before you write

A file will not open. Send the exact error text and the file extension. If the database came from a specific version of Access, say which one. Do not send the database itself unless you are certain the data is yours to share.

An export looks wrong. Every run writes a summary next to the output as text, JSON and CSV. That file has the row counts and anything that was skipped. Paste the text version into the email.

A password is rejected. Encrypted files are .accdb only. An older .mdb with a password uses a different scheme, so check which format you have.

Asking for a feature

Say what you were trying to do, not which feature you want. The request that gets built is usually the one that describes the task.

Table view is built and waiting on App Store review, so that one is done. Searching, filtering and sorting within a table are not built yet, and are the most likely next step.

Refunds

Refunds go through Apple, not through me. Use Report a Problem with the Apple Account that bought the app.
