Before you write

A file will not open. Send the exact error and the file extension. If you know which version of Access created it, include that too. Do not attach the database unless you are certain you can share its data.

An export looks wrong. Every run saves a summary beside the output. It includes row counts and anything the app skipped. Paste the text version into the email.

A password is rejected. Check the file extension. Encrypted .accdb files are supported. Older .mdb passwords use a different scheme.

Asking for a feature

Tell me what you were trying to do and where the app got in the way. That context is more useful than a feature name on its own.

Table view, table-name search, cell and row copy, and direct export from the viewer have shipped. Filtering and sorting rows inside a table are not built yet.

Refunds

Refunds go through Apple, not through me. Use Report a Problem with the Apple Account that bought the app.
